Over the last two weeks we have been keeping busy with the regular stuff, going to the gym, cleaning, laundry, going to the zoo, cleaning laundry, cleaning, laundry... you get the picture. Brent has officially signed with the hospital in Algona, we will be moving there next summer! We even found a house already, the current owners are building so we don't have to close until June. I rented a fancy lens, thanks to my friend telling me about lensrentals.com. I used that lens to take the zoo pictures. Emmy has 7 teeth, lots of drool, and the most consecutive steps she has taken is 6. She crawls up the steps in no time so we have to have a gait at both ends of the stairs. Nile calls her Nemmy. Nile says and does a lot of cute and interesting things these days.
Nile was looking for his blanket. I went and pulled it out of the dryer and when I gave it to him he said, "thank you mama for washing my blanket! It's all clean!"
Nile came into my bedroom one night and said "I have a big booger" Me: ok, where is it? Nile: I wiped it on the wall. Me: ok, we will get it in the morning, go back to bed..... Still haven't found it
The other night I heard Nile's door close, which usually means he is going to try to get into our bed to sleep with us or that he is going to walk across the house to use our bathroom. I just laid their with my eyes closed, he came in, kissed me on the head and went back to bed! I looked at the clock and it was 3am! So funny
He is a back seat driver these days. He yells go at green lights and stop at red lights and gets VERY upset when you turn right on a red light.
He is a big helper when it comes to Emmy, or maybe he just loves getting to boss someone around!
Well, the pictures are going to have to wait because blogger won't let me load them.
